CANCER IS NOT A DISEASE

With Jimmy Carter having been diagnosed with metastatic cancer and beginning radiation treatments today, national attention is being drawn to the subject of cancer and cancer treatment. I’d like to add a book to the discussion which I found while I was traveling in California in July. Cancer is Not a Disease, It’s a Survival Mechanism by Andeas Mortitz.

I often find when I am traveling that I go through a process of re-evaluation and growth, often being guided to books or other ways of gathering new information. That was the case with this book. Although I was aware of some of the information in the book, being an RN for many years and being well read, there was new information for me here, presented in a way that was a different concept than I had considered before. I have watched many people die from the treatment of their cancer by conventional means and have always known intuitively that conventional treatment was not the way. This book explains why. Did you know?

*Cancer is not a disease but a final and desperate survival mechanism of the body that occurs only when all other protective mechanisms have failed.

*It is an extended immune response to help clear up existing congestion that suffocates a group of cells,

*Cancer cells are normal healthy cells that undergo genetic mutation so that it can live without oxygen.(anerobic) in areas of the body where little or no oxygen is available.

*They thrive in areas where plenty of metabolic waste products are trapped where they derive energy for their sustenance and then take these potentially dangerous waste products away from the healthy cells.

*Cancer cells are an attempt by the body to cleanse and heal itself and to prolong its life.

*They do not randomly spread throughout the body. They lodge themselves in places that are congested and oxygen deprived.

*The main obstacle to finding real cures for cancer are based on the false assumption that the body is trying to destroy itself rather than trying to preserve its life. It is not an autoimmune disease.

*Every single day, the body turns over approximately 30 million cells; an estimated 1% become damaged in the process and turn cancerous. Your immune system is programmed to detect these cells and destroy them. It is essential for the body’s own survival that these cancer cells be created every day to stimulate the immune system. So why does the immune system discriminate between destroying these daily created cancer cells and cancer cells created to deal with congestion?

*Because they are serving a purpose. Why would the immune system try to hinder the body’s own efforts to prevent certain toxic metabolic waste products from entering the bloodstream and killing the body?

*The toxicity crisis ends when we remove existing toxins from the blood, bile ducts, gastrointestinal tract , lymphatic vessels and tissue fluids and restore energy to the body.

*Cancer only strikes when a part or parts of us are not alive anymore, physically, emotionally or spiritually. it is a wake up call, prompting us to take back our life when it no longer feels meaningful.

*Just as we need to feel loved, cancer cells also need to know that they are loved. To live in heath and peace, we especially need to be friends with the cells of our body, especially cancer cells. Cutting them out through surgery, or destroying them with poisonous drugs or deadly radiation, adds even more violence to the body than it already has to deal with. [and doesn’t get to the source of the problem]
